0:28.6	find themselves looking at the future with a sense of bleakness and blackness because
0:36.1	well, it's just all bad and it's just going to get worse.
0:40.7	Friend, disaster is not a strategy.
0:46.3	If you find yourself looking at the world and looking at something that you believe is
0:49.7	catastrophic, something that you believe is an impending disaster and you find yourself
0:55.3	just sitting and saying, well, this is certain, do not stay there.
1:01.8	Make a plan and take action on it.
1:06.2	There is not a single bad thing that you can tell me today that you're worried about
1:11.7	that I cannot help you make a plan for.
1:16.5	There is nothing that you are concerned about that cannot be planned for and as human beings
1:22.2	we are endowed with the power of creativity.
1:27.5	We are endowed with the power of createivity.
1:34.7	Hopefully you understand the double meaning.
1:37.6	We can think creatively and we can create what we think about and so you must always train
1:47.4	your thoughts to go from problem to solution.
1:52.8	Do not dwell on the problem.
