Workflows with Kourush, welcome to the show. I'm David Sparks. Katie couldn't be with us today.

She's got a family emergency and felt really bad about it. So she's not blowing blowing us off but she couldn't be here

and we thought we just go ahead and record anyway. So Kourash we have been wanting to do

a workflow show with a physician for the longest time and you know we were looking for that unique combination

of physician plus geek.

And I was reading your book.

You have an excellent book out on Creating Flow

with Omni Focus, which you can find at your website, which will be in the show notes.

And it occurred to me, why aren't we talking to this guy?

And so when you showed up in Macworld and we got a chance to meet in person, it just seemed like a natural fit that we needed to get you on the show.

Oh, I'm very excited to be on the show. I've been listening and I've been enjoying so I'm like wow I get to be on the show

that's awesome. Well it's interesting because Katie and I are attorneys and one of the things

in our show we'd like to talk about a lot is how we incorporate

our Apple technologies into our daily life and it just seems a natural fit that we talk to

a geeky physician as well and in preparing for the show it's clear

to me that you certainly are a geeky physician because you're using a lot of

these great tools to get your work done.
