they are put out that's due to allow us to edit and check the quality, etc.

So obviously as guidance is moving very fast at this uncertain time, some of the things

we talk about may rapidly go out of date.

I just thought I'd make that clear so no one thinks that any of the advice tips or anecdotes

not our radio show Dave, it's the podcast of our radio show has been nominated for a British

podcast award.

Yes, it's the podcast of the radio show but it's everything, it's these as well because

if you read the description of how they've described it in the podcast awards it talks

about the lockdown stuff as well.

So we've been not nominated in the comedy category.
