Welcome back to another episode of Arnold's Pump Club. Today, I released a video about my legacy.

0:08.4

It's titled My Legacy is You. A lot of people make shit up when they promote a book,

0:14.7

but I recorded this video because I meant every single word. You can go to my YouTube channel

0:20.8

or social media to see the video, but the whole point is that wrote this book to help you find

0:26.8

your own success in life. I wanted to provide the tips that I think can be used by anyone.

1:51.6

determine why probiotics may help treat depression, Adam explained to me that there are two current

1:58.3

theories of what might be happening. First of all, your gut produces microbes that then produce fatty

2:06.0

acids, which have been shown to improve your mood. It could also be that gut bacteria may stimulate

2:13.2

the vagus nerve, which sends signals from the gut to the brain to improve mood. If you're like me,

2:20.5

learning about this stuff can be fascinating. We'll definitely keep an eye on research to see how

2:25.6

this continues to develop. Now, let's talk about old bodybuilding approach that might need to be
