open and honest conversation with Joshua Shea, who has recovered from porn addiction and wrote a written

a book to tell the tale. And he goes into real detail of how it affected him, what happened,

his rock bottom. And it's a really inspiring story. But we get very real in it. And I wanted to do this episode because Chip and I have

had lots of clients who have suffered from porn and sex addiction. And it can really be in the

shadows. It can be really embarrassing and shameful and very difficult to talk about. So it's something that we wanted

to get out in the open. We also, at the end of the episode, talk about solutions and how to

protect our children from overexposure to porn and to all of that kind of stuff. So it's really
