These are my top eight real estate risks

and how you can avoid them or how you can at least mitigate them

All right, number one, vacancies. This is the, of course, could be the mother of all pain points, right,

vacancies in a property. After all, you get an investment property and you want it to produce cash flow and lo and behold it's vacant and now that

cash is not coming in. You know most people know that vacancies are the

number one risk when it comes to real estate investing.
