| 1:12.0 | And one of the things we can do is to cultivate a different attitude if the one that we have is not serving us. |
| 1:20.0 | Often when people have anxiety for a long period of time, the attitude can become low. |
| 1:28.0 | The feelings can become depressed. This doesn't mean that you are depressed. |
| 1:34.0 | It means that you are experiencing depressed feelings. |
| 1:38.0 | You don't even label yourself as depressed. That's a whole other thing that you will discuss, of course, with your health care team. |
| 1:47.0 | But give yourself a break and don't go to the negative because you have some low feelings or some of the feelings that you're experiencing are depressed. |
| 1:58.0 | Now your attitude can actually make or break you. And here is where we have some power. |
| 2:05.0 | We can get on top of this. When we feel low feelings creeping in, when we can feel that dark shroud coming over us, right? |
| 2:17.0 | It can feel heavy. A group member recently mentioned heavy chest feeling from the low mood. |
| 2:25.0 | Yes, it's exactly how it can feel. Other things can be like moving as an effort and doing our daily routines are an effort. |
