Well, the things are changing. We had Bart and Crystal in this week. And we were talking a little bit about buying and selling homes. And apparently we're seeing some prices go down.

Yeah, a little bit. A little things are changing out there, but it's ever changing.

Man, it was awesome. Let me tell you. You know, when we lifted our home, we listed it close to Christmas, and it was kind of a slow, you know, nobody's buying a home around Christmas time. Sure. Yeah. And we were living down in Polk County, too. So we originally reached out to Crystal to have us help us find a new home up in New Orlando because we had an offer to do one of those offer-up places. Gotcha. Find online. But when we got the final number back from them, guys, it was like 50 grand less than what we wanted for. Oh, they pulled the old shimmy dog. Yeah, yeah. For sure, it did. So we reached back out. So during that time, Crystal was helping us find a new place. We reached back out, and then Bart came down and Crystal and took photos and listed our home. There were a couple times there where I thought, you know, Barr called, but hey, I need to speak with you guys. I was like, oh, he's going to tell us to drop the price. But every time he called and reached out, it was always, hey, I did the market research again.

I still think you priced right.

So just hang in there. Eventually, he's going to sell. Bart's really good at that. He kind of specializes that. Crystal told me that. Crystal's like, yeah, he has a good feeling for these type of things.

Because they've both been doing it a very long time.

Let me say this about it.

They were able to get us within 2% of our asking price, which I think is phenomenal.

Man, they did a great job. Crystal. Did you train this guy to get back on topic after my John. On ageo? This guy's been with a wife's got the good. This guy's a goddamn pro. I got some notes written down, but I just wanted to stress, like, you know, every time I thought we were going to drop the prior parts that hang in there and he got us almost. Man, that's dumb. You're right on it.
