Hello, Clayton.

My question is about how to get my bank-owned mortgages

into an LLC instead of under my personal name.

And one way I understand of doing this might involve first putting it into a living trust,

which the banks must allow as I understand it, then from there how do I get it into an LLC

I'd appreciate any Insight you have on that. Thank you

Thank you so much Ethan for that question around transferring your personal property over to an LLC.

Now this is a, I know people get really tripped up by this question, but it doesn't have to be difficult. You mentioned a living trust and that's a great way to do it. Obviously transferring it to a living trust, you want to notify your bank and say, hey, you know, we've transferred this over.

Can you please assign this to the living trust?

That's one way to think about it.
