I would honestly argue that balancing and managing our mental health and learning how to improve our mental health is more important now than ever before.

And I really think this is something that we need to start paying attention to now because what most of us do is we wait until the next year comes.

We wait until the new year comes to start building the habits and focusing on the things we need to do in order to improve our

mental health. And then what happens? The year gets crazy. Things start happening, things

are moving and before we know it, those practices because we've never built them up as a habit, they fall to the side.

Whereas if we start right now, if we prioritize this today, we can enter 2022 already establishing the habits that we're going to need
