| 1:44.0 | And they're often frightening because it's really your anxiety trying to keep your attention, trying to get you to act, |

| 1:56.0 | But that doesn't mean that that is the thought that you need to be entertaining. |
| 2:02.0 | So in the beginning we have to come to the realization that all of our thoughts, all of the thinking that's going on, isn't true. |
