fears, phobias, low self-esteem, a lack of confidence, all those types of things. And ultimately,

always there anyway. There's no point repressing things and just dwelling upon it and making it

worse because really we can't escape it.

So let's go ahead and just go to ourselves, to our unconscious mind, which I believe is our true

best friend, to the world, to the universe, your higher truth, whatever it is, that I'm ready to
