A question about home equity line of credit, and I got some of the answer in your recent podcast on ratios, and really found that valuable, but, yeah, I'm finding that.

With real estate values that have kind of climbed over the last year or two, a lot, I've got suddenly a lot of home equity, and I've been getting bolder, you know, through your podcast and different things about the idea of taking risk with that money, putting that capital or putting that equity to use in a better way.
