So let's talk about real estate investing in 2021 and where I see the current market.

Like I said, I get this question all the time from people that want to know,

you know, okay, I'm going to get started in real estate investing. I want to see what this looks like in my

own backyard first because maybe I'm a little nervous about

venturing out from other areas and I don't feel like necessarily you know investing in a

town that I'm not familiar with so that's normally where that question comes from.

It comes from a place of, you know, I want to say fear, but that's primarily where it comes from.

You know, I want to be able to go see, touch, lick the property, I I don't know see what it looks like on a regular basis that's fine that's usually where that question comes from

although most people also maybe you're just are uneducated about the idea that you could actually invest in markets that are not in your backyard,

that you could actually invest in buy properties that are in other states or other countries for that matter.
