The light on the dark side of me.

So I literally just arrived home from my trip in Romania.

Like, walked in the door from the airport, came upstairs, sat down, called on Skype.

So we have a little bit of a scheduling snafu this week wherein mike obviously just got back from vacation um i'm going to be indisposed

the tail end of the week for reasons that are not important and so this was the best well maybe

the best possible time for the two of us to record.

We're recording a little bit earlier than normal on Tuesday.

And so Mike, being the professional podcasters that he is, just as he said, came home, walked in the door, sat down, started talking.

So if listeners, you hear snoring, it's because Mike has fallen asleep from

his long day of travel. How long was the flight or were the flights?

It was only one flight on the way back. And it's only like three and a half hours. It's not a long

flight, but it's just, you know, you kind of, the day is consumed by the travel, right? Oh, yeah. And you'd feel disgusting after having stepped foot in an airport for more than four minutes.

At least I do anyway.

Like I get there, I get to wherever I'm going, and all I want in the world is to shower.

And usually I don't until, you know, that evening, because then it'll just throw everything off.

But, oh, God, when i leave an airport i just want

i just want like to peel my entire outside of my skin off of my body well today what i was something

i realized when i arrived in he throw airport was that i didn't feel really tired which i usually feel

when i'm at he throw airport because I'm usually coming off a long haul.

Right, like a red eye oftentimes, right?

Yeah, or just anything, you know, like any eight-hour flight will make you feel tired no matter when you left for it.
