Hey, how are you, done? Just great. Nice to be with you. Quick question. Are you using your talents doing work that you love today? Yes, I am.

Good. We want to hear the whole story. Marshall wrote in his bio that humor wins, his company,

offers corporate comedy roast, executive humor coaching, and applying self-deprecation. Why?

Because as Inc. Magazine says, leaders who laugh at

themselves appear more likable, trusting, and caring to their people. I couldn't agree more with

that, Marshall. So that's a pithy summation of your illuminating life. Take it from here. Tell us what

you're doing now that has you engaged and fired up.

Sure. Well, like you said, I have a company that's called Humor Wins. And what we do is we focus,

our main service offering is corporate comedy roasts. I am a professional, international comedian.

I used to do the road a lot more than I do now. I own comedy clubs and festivals and I tried to for years figure out how I apply this comedy skills that I have and the

business knowledge and skills and aptitude that I have in order to really make an impact into

society. Yes.

And that's what I've done.

So it's been a journey.

It's been an interesting journey.

And, you know, I love writing jokes.

I love performing.
