of my life have found myself very inspired by none other than one Mr. Pete Heggseth. Yeah, Pete Hegseth. And no, not because

of anything he's done. In fact, I find his actions to be downright weasily. In fact, as I'm learning,

the fact that he used Signal, which is an app, anyone can get off the app store, to have these

text threads in which they were sharing classified information, is particularly troublesome.

And not just because it's not secure, not just because the Pentagon had already warned him

not to do it.

But because, as it turns out, Signal erases your communications in a certain amount of time. They go away.

You can program it to after 30 minutes for it to erase or after 14 days, but ultimately they all go

away, which is illegal. You're not allowed to do that as a member of a presidential administration.

You have to keep all that stuff as records forever. Everything has to be kept on the record. So the fact that they were doing it on an app that gets rid of the records and circumvents any official communications that they may have been having in addition to the fact that nobody on the text

thread seemed to be going, hey, why are we on signal? They all knew why they were on signal. They're all

in on it. That I find disgusting. His actions are disgusting, but his words inspired me, and I don't
