It's Friday, and I want to talk about rhinoplasty and the natural look.

For some people, a liquid rhino is the first step.

For other people, they want to go right to surgery, but I want to talk to you about one of the most requested

procedures in my office, and that is rhinoplasty. You know, I do both surgical and non-surgical

liquid rhinoplasties, and I've really noticed a big shift in what people are asking for. I think

the trend is for natural overdone. The days of the cookie cutter overdone nose are gone.

Patients really don't want to look operated on anymore. They just want a nose to fit their face,

to feel balanced and harmonious and still look like themselves, just a more refined version of

themselves. And it's not just something I'm noticing

in my own practice. Some studies are showing the same thing. There was a 20-24 paper in facial plastic

surgery and aesthetic medicine journal. That found that when observers thought rhinoplasty results

looked surgical or done, attractiveness scores actually went down. But when the results look natural,

faces were consistently rated as more attractive, even when people didn't realize they had a

procedure done. And that was PubMed 2024 publication. That tells you how much subtlety and

natural outcomes matter. When rhinoplasty is done correctly, someone reading a face and judging your age from the look of the face and the rhinoplasty result can lead to an appearance that can be up to five years younger.

And certain AIs also evaluate faces as appearing younger than their state of chronologic

age after rhinoplasty surgery that has a natural effect. And market research also backs this up.

Recently, a U.S. ryanoplasty market survey report showed that the demand is increasing for personalized natural looks.

So that's where you're hearing more about preservation techniques and non-surgical options like
