I think there's a, you know, there's a lot of evidence based fitness material out there that

you can research and study. However, I would argue that

there isn't much combination. I mean, evidence-based anything is a combination of, you could say,

science, research, and practical application, right? But there's not a lot of good content out

there that talks about the anecdotal stuff, right, the experience's not a lot of good content out there that talks

the industry, that's all we had. We didn't have all this evidence. So today I want to talk about some

still somewhat evidence-based, and I'll kind of go through them all and share where I think

there is some evidence pointing us in the right direction for it and where

there might be lacking evidence and I'm kind of leaning on experience or anecdote for each given
