And we're going to go ahead and kick this off with our primary question.

So I'm going to reach into the mailbag. And our first question of the week is, why am I not seeing results even though

I'm working out hard? This is such a great question. I feel like it's one of the most annoying things

because you're consistently showing up. You know, if you were to check the records of your gym pass,

you'd see, hey, so-and-so has been there every day. You're trying to do all the right stuff, right? And I know so many people are in this exact situation. And I actually wanted to tell you a story. So there's a gentleman at our gym and he's always putting one of his friends through a workout. Now, these guys are there consistently at the same time

every single day. Now, where it gets really tough is that once again, they're there consistently,

but in my personal opinion, just unfortunately not doing the right stuff to actually produce

results, right? I've noticed a lot of different things and they're always in the same area as us.

So there's a lot of things going on such as half reps, a lot of like even so the guy who like is kind of training his friend, he'll be holding on to the bar and stuff for his friend the whole time like not really letting him do the actual work. Once again, a lot of just like kind of ego lifting, a lot of just like the wrong exercises and I just kept thinking

to myself I'm like man like if I'm going to go to the gym consistently and just show up I want to

see progress like I want to work smarter I don't want to exactly work harder of course I want to

work harder but I just know so many people who are like this that are showing up and they're just

honest, there's so many principles within this. But the main thing is just like having a proper
