live stream today, I wanted to take questions, talk about what's going on with

0:14.7

this housing shortage that we're facing across the United States. I study these

0:18.7

headlines every day, dive into the data, and what you'll'll notice of course we had massive lumber

0:24.1

shortages just a short time ago that has all moderated now lumber prices are back to

0:28.5

where they normally are but when you see all these stories in the mainstream media about inflation and the cost of things going up and cost of housing going up,

1:33.7

any rental cars and now suddenly people want to travel again and guess what well we

sold off all our rental cars last year so that we don't have them. Chip components that are are backlogged. You name

1:46.7

1:51.2

fact I saw a summer camp story today where a summer camp had to be canceled because

1:55.6

Cisco, the company that supplies the intermediary food for the summer camp, simply couldn't
