How many amendments to the U.S. Constitution do you think we should throw out this week?

It's a fair question, I imagine. Someone were asking me, I'd think I would go with zero.

Zero amendments to the U.S. Constitution should we just throw out this week?

If you were to ask Donald Trump, I think he would say two.

One, he thinks he can just literally throw out by waving a magic wand at it.

That'd be the 14th Amendment, which is the one that gives citizenship to anyone that is born

in America.

It's called the birthright citizenship.

The other one be the First Amendment, which is freedom of speech and freedom to protest,

that is to freedom to peacefully assemble and to petition your government.

That one, he just sort of threw away by arresting a man who committed no crimes, a green

card holding Columbia University master's student, married to an American woman who is
