I think I was threatened to be fired if I was not.

So often when we're doing the incomparable, we're talking about movie.

We did a bunch of episodes about, we did a couple episodes about Star Wars and the Empire Strikes Back.

We talked about Raiders for the Lost Ark. We've talked about superhero movies.

We've talked about books, lots of different books, you know, 1,000 page fantasy and sci-fi novels. We've talked about TV shows, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Star Trek, lots of stuff like that.

Today, we're going to go on a topic, and because we're at a technology event, the topic is going to be technology.

We're going to talk about stuff we love and I hope,

oh please, oh please, stuff we hate in terms of how technology is portrayed in books,

movies, and films. Because we know how technology really works.

It's magic. And then we watch it on the screen, and it doesn't work like that.

So I wanted to start by asking each of you if you have a particular example of terrible technology from a book, movie, TV show, or any other form of entertainment that you've seen in your lives as a as a media consumer.
