You don't need to do everything to get coached. We're going to give you a one-hour hack that can do the trick for you.

Coaching is one of those things that everybody talks about and having a coach is great.

If you've played sports, you know what that's like, I'm a golfer, I need to have coaching

because I'm terrible, I don't have one, that's why I'm so terrible.

And there's coaches at work or consultants that work with people leaders one-on-one

and there's life coaches.
