Welcome back to mood with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm Lauren Elizabeth and for today's current mood

0:04.5

combo, I'm going to be going solo, dole, and having a little girl chat. Obviously, I told you guys

0:10.8

last week if you wanted just like a surprise big mood booster announcement that you had to de-et

0:17.6

me. And of course, you guys all pulled through. So instead of putting up a vlog this week,

0:23.1

I am going to dive in to just a personal life mood boosting update, how I got here, and it's

0:30.6

just the biggest mood booster at top of mind right now. And it deserves like a solo little chitty chat.

0:35.8

So before we dive into that, obviously, let's start off with best mood and worst mood of the week.

0:41.8

I'm going to start off with my worst mood because then we'll just like jump right into all things

0:47.0

1:18.9

just makes me like shut down completely. I almost can't do anything that I absolutely don't have

1:24.8

to do. And like even those things, I can still kind of procrastinate them a little bit. It just

1:29.6

kind of shuts me down completely. And I keep telling myself like I know a lot of the fears and

1:35.3

stuff that I have with all of the tools that I have learned. I know that like a lot of this

1:41.2

stuff in my head is strictly anxiety, which I think calling it and giving it a name is really

1:45.9

important. So I know that it's a little bit of stress, a little bit of anxiety and it's not real.

1:51.5

It's not me. It's not reality. But it still is one of those things where I'm trying so hard to be

1:56.5

like this isn't real. Stop, ignore, like take action. What do I need to do right now? But I think

2:03.0

when it's a big change in your life, it's obviously hard to do that because for me, so I'm someone
