All right, welcome to episode 76 so this episode is all about new any W new it's new year I think it's appropriate as well because it's even in the title of the podcast new mindset

So in this episode I want to talk about the power of actual the necessity of doing new things in your life that if you're at a stage in your life where you don't know what to do or you're frustrated with your current circumstances

You need to do something new you know doing the same thing thinking the same way that's not going to offer you the perspective and clarity that you need to be happy and fulfilled

And I think the way to break through in life is to do something new to do a lot of new things big things little things everything in between and it's not the same old cliche advice of

All you just got to take action in life like that's that's worn out it's more specific than that it's that you need to do something new
