who she is the founder and CEO of the Giving Keys, a give back, pay it forward jewelry and lifestyle

company. And I met her at Kathy Heller's.

Last year, I think, she was supporting, very supportive of my new book, too much, which

was so sweet.

But she's also a bestselling author, TEDx speaker.

You know, she's done all the things.

She's a former singer-songwriter.

But the Giving Keys is just such a beautiful, you know, she's done all the things. She's a former singer-songwriter, but the giving keys is just such a beautiful, you know, the pay-up forward model has prompted over three million customers

to pass their key. So I'm wearing this. Those of you on YouTube, you can see I'm wearing my

giving key. She asked me what my word is. My word is free. So that is what is on this key.

And the way you do it is that you have someone in your life. You'll know the right time when it's

right, but who will need this more than I do. And when that happens, I will give them my giving

key. We pay it forward, right? It encourages,

you know, it's all these encouraging words that you can put on it. But what it's doing is you're,

you're just giving it to someone who needs it more. And in doing that, she really started an

entire worldwide movement. So, you know, female-owned company. I mean, she started this 16 years ago. So she really is an

OG, especially in the give-back entrepreneurial movement. So this was an amazing conversation,

talking about her now being a single mom. And basically, how do you balance out doing all that she does

and taking care of yourself,
