her show has become wildly popular.

So you've probably seen that one trending and then Board A. F.

On top of that, she's written some great books.

And this is kind of really why we bonded because I was like, all right, any woman that writes it's you, not me, as the book title, is kind of my spirit animal.

She's written tons of books just about mommy life also getting sober.

I think you're going to really enjoy her journey of sobriety.

She started drinking more than ever once she had her

children. She has three kids. She lives out here in L.A. And it was the anxiety of trying to be a perfect

mom. And she really was a pioneer. She started a blog back in 2004, like when her daughter,

her oldest daughter was born. And it was kind of on like the precipice when people started

blogging

and she would just write about how hard breastfeeding was and then drinking and it all sort of

manifested from there.
