| 1:08.0 | Because we use the word a lot, like, I could do a get questions about it, I get people talking about it in a way that I'm like, |
| 1:15.0 | oh, that's an interesting way to look at acceptance. |
| 1:18.0 | So I would like to just review some ideas about acceptance. |
| 1:23.0 | It's really a very practical way to be able to get through what is happening to us. |
| 1:30.0 | So it's not lofty at all, acceptance is very practical. |
| 1:35.0 | One of my favorite quotes that people have, or I guess you could call them a little mantra, actually, is people say, |
| 1:42.0 | I don't care. |
| 1:43.0 | And I know that goes over in our group and I have many people in my coaching that, like that one, I don't care. |
| 1:50.0 | You get to a point when your anxiety is rising, the stress is rising and you just say, you know, I don't care. |
| 1:57.0 | I just don't care. |
| 1:58.0 | So try that one on. |
| 2:00.0 | Really, you don't have to be involved in everything, every feeling, every emotion. |
