However, like all the others... it doesn't really have us concerned and in this podcast, we'll tell you why. We'll also go into what it means to look at a correlation vs. a causation, when looking into research on any topic.

We also talk quite a bit about the metabolism as you diet and how it relates to the dieting process, the reverse process, and it's dynamic nature in regards to cardio.
