And I don't believe there are any uneducated questions, right?

I think when you don't ask questions, that's uneducated. So just asking any questions. I think we can learn from other people's questions along this journey.

And if you're here with me today, there's a part of you that believes that real estate is the best way to build wealth.

But you're scared to do it.

Like there's a little voice in the back of your head that's telling you you can't do it,

you're scared of it, you're, oh I keep watching, you know, I turn on the TV and I see that they're talking

about things like rates and the Fed and is there a housing bubble and you always you're always going to look for

that for excuses right it's the voice that like takes care of everything and

destroys everything it always does this, right? You're always going to find something wrong.

Look, there's no 100% in anything, right? Even if you're married, right? You might have like,

maybe you were like 90% sure this was the person, right? I mean, are you ever 100% on anything?

I go back to my rule about being, you 80% like am I 80% confident that this is going to be

you know making a trade or buying a house or you know going on a date whatever it happens to be

nothing's 100%.

Because you're always going to find a way

to talk to yourself out of something.

You know, what if something goes wrong?

What if you lose everything?
