Muma is in Puma. I just love calling it Mama because it's like she's a mom and she works with moms.

It's kind of a perfect name, but it's Dr. Muma. She is a badass. So I was asking Lindsay Matthews, who is the CEO of BirthFit, who do I interview? I'm not a mom. I want the best moms to talk about how to be a better mom, a more inspired mom, just to be a, just to relate. I mean, I can't relate. I have a cat. I don't have a baby. So what do I, who do I even talk to? And she was the top of the list to make sure I interviewed. And as soon as I started this interview, I knew why. She's just full of life and energy and realness. And I just think having a baby is fascinating. So anybody should listen to this, whether you want a mom or want to be a mom or you are a mom.
