usually a time of year that actually resonates more with me in terms of goals and intention setting than January of each

year. I don't know if that is just conditioning around the school system, having been a student for so long, and having that kind of new

school year energy, if it's the shift to seasons and to fall.

I'm someone who also has a late summer birthday, so this time of year I'm also thinking about

kind of the upcoming year around my my solar return that recently passed but this time of

year is usually when I do my intention setting that tends to

resonate more with me than the beginning of the year. This year obviously has

been an experience in and of itself and I've been thinking a lot about the

intentions that I want to set in this season particularly when we think about

this season of fall and what normally happens during this

season is when we usually plant the seeds plant the seeds for what we want to

harvest right that's what's happening in nature that's what's happening on farms with our food.

Seeds right now are being planted for what we want to harvest later on.
