Did you all watch the landing today, the Perseverance Landing?

Yeah, I didn't get any work done because I had that on.

I tried to watch it.

It's a little misty eye.

It was a little hard to watch at one point somehow, but.

I mean, I was sitting in the living room with my eight year old, my wife, and we were

sitting there watching and I looked over and she and I were both crying.

And my daughter was like, so know what now does it drive off well like what she was like I'm waiting for the cool stuff

to happen and singularly unimpressed but it it was emotional I hope you I hope you told her about

the helicopter it was no it was uh it the there there was the, the, the, the, the cinematic tension of, like,

commencing EDL, you know, the kind of, uh, militarized tactical cross talk. If you were

watching just the raw feed with all the initials and stuff. And it's, you know, go for flight, go for,

go for, go for, go for all that stuff from all the right stuff stuff, all the right, right stuff stuff. And, uh, and then like, you know, it's like that when you watch the Olympics and all

a sudden you're an expert in ice skating or whatever, you learn, you learn all of it as you go.

And so you know that when it says like, okay, this is the seven minutes where we're going to

not be able to hear because of the plasma. And then, like, they, they do the thing. And it was, they actually did it as, as obscurely and obtusely as they possibly could and made it even better.
