It's taking me a lot to release this episode. It was such an unplanned recording - I just grabbed my mic and started to talk. I want to be real and honest with you guys. Everyone goes through shit, everyone regrets past decisions, and everyone thinks "what if" about certain decisions they feel uneasy about making. For me, being honest and open about my feelings seems to really work therapeutically. Hopefully this realness & rawness can help you realize that you're not alone (if you're feeling that way). I love you all and thank you for your continuous support. <3 M
