Hey everyone, welcome to Power Talk Friday on a well-designed business. I have Marianne Cherico with me today. And Marianne Cherico spent 27 years as a top-producing realtor in the Northeast, in the New England area, to be specific. She was part of a team of two that literally sold 100 houses per year.

So I'm thinking she's got something going on upstairs and that little head of hers.

And what she did was she parlayed that.

In 2005, she started doing home staging.

So she talks our language.

She has spent many years in this industry. She recently has been doing

speeches at the various conferences, the real estate staging conference in Vegas. And what her most

recent thing that Marianne is moving on to and achieving while still doing her home staging
