1:07.2	adverts, pop-ups, things like that.
1:10.0	They're all just trying to distract your attention away
1:12.4	from achieving something in your life.
1:14.8	They're so, we're so distracted these days by things, particularly by adverts and stuff like that.
1:22.0	So I thought I'd just remind you that Luke's
1:24.4	English podcast is not a distraction. It's on the internet. It's one of those things that you
1:29.2	might find if you're googling stuff and you might find it you might find it on YouTube
