What a good reminder of the eternality of God's word. The words of Jesus will last longer than

anything else you see in the world around you.

The words of Jesus will last longer than the world around you.

And this world will pass away.

There's a new heaven and a new earth coming.

But God's word will remain. It will stay the same.

That means that when we open the Bible and we read it, we study it, we meditate on it, we memorize it, we hide it in our hearts we are banking our life on that which

will stand forever like that makes bible reading bible study bible meditation bible memorization

extremely important and extremely wise.

When it comes to how you spend your time, don't you want to spend your time on what matters

forever? Not what's going to pass away next week or next month.

This fad, this possession will be gone.

And even the things that we count on in this world will one day be gone.

But God's word will never be gone.

His words will never, ever, ever pass away. They are eternal. Oh, hide them in your

heart. Memorize them, study them, learn them. Know God through His word. God help us to have a right

view of your word. Help us to see its supremacy over everything else in this world.
