| 0:44.0 | We need to be able to stay tuned in to what's going on without completely losing ourselves |
| 0:52.0 | and becoming more anxious or fearful. |
| 0:55.0 | And I wanted to start today's show with a quote from Steve Mariboli, and he says, |
| 1:01.0 | I promise you, nothing is as chaotic as it seems. |
| 1:05.0 | Nothing is worth your health. |
| 1:08.0 | Nothing is worth poisoning yourself into stress, anxiety, and fear. |
| 1:15.0 | And I think that is so important because we have control over some of this, |
| 1:21.0 | and we need to take responsibility for what we are doing and how we are not losing ourselves, |
| 1:29.0 | how we are staying connected to ourselves, grounded, and able to make decisions without going down the wormhole. |
| 1:38.0 | A great question that we can ask ourselves because I see a lot of this happen around technology. |
| 1:44.0 | A lot of where people lose themselves is through consuming things such as news, |
| 1:49.0 | which leads them to want to consume more news because they don't feel like there's a resolution |
| 1:56.0 | or that it's complete, they need to find out more, or social media, or just things like YouTube, |
| 2:03.0 | and other types of technology where we're consuming and being led to consume even more. |
| 2:11.0 | So the question you can ask yourself is, is this technology serving me or am I serving it? |
