Oh my goodness, how things have changed.

Today I am taking some time to lean on my right hand, Marissa, on my team, so that we can come together and talk about all the things and all the ways that we've changed over the last five years and it's not often that we take enough time to really sit down and honor the fact that we as human beings and leaders and entrepreneurs and partners and mothers have shifted and evolved.

And she has had a front row seat to some massive evolution in my life.

We'll paint the stage of where she was when she joined my team and what she walked into as she joined me.

But today's episode is really meant to be this reminder to, one, take time to reflect on who you were and who you've become,

but also to honor the ways that you've been stretched, the ways that you've grown.

I have learned so many times that you've grown. I have learned so many times that you should never say never.

And when I think about where I was back five years ago my life was so black and white.

I was experiencing a lot of transition in business, in life, in motherhood, in all the ways.

And I have changed. I really have. And I'm really proud of a lot of that change and today's episode is just really special because I get to sit down with someone who has been absolutely integral to the business to the brand brand, to the growth, but also to my personal life.

I don't think I talked to anyone in my world as much as I speak to her besides my husband and my

kids.
