In today's episode, I want to talk to you about anxiety and life's big questions.

A lot of people from the email that I get are pondering life's big questions these days

are really trying to make sense of it all.

And this can be stressful for some people, and it can actually cause anxiety and other people.

But it still seems to come up.

And this has been an interesting year, and a lot of different kinds of thoughts are coming up.

People are pondering things that they had not really considered before.

And again, sometimes pondering life's big questions can be stressful.

It can be anxiety-producing.

All encompassing anxiety and stress that is alive and well in the nagging and pervasive way

when we look at making sense or meaning out of our lives.

It can be all encompassing that anxiety.

And we can't always avoid these thoughts that come up and these questions.

We don't need to run away from them.

Again, we can look at the other side of things or we can distract if we need to.

But it's okay to entertain these kind of questions that come up.

Sometimes we need to look at the bigger picture and really assess what direction we are going in in our life.

And this can bring up existential angst for some people and anxiety.
