In today's episode, Gina discusses the overall process of getting beyond anxiety. Fundamental to this discussion is the distinction between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. All the tools we study through ACP are here to help us restore our ability to return to our parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system. Listen in for advice on integrating all the tools with the overall goal of living beyond anxiety.
