Today we are on episode 74 and what I want to be talking about is how to let go of

unrealistic expectations to improve your relationship. I was going to do one on improving it

like with yourself, but today I'm going to focus on relationships,

in particular ones that you are like in a romantic relationship with, but this can 100% apply

to friendships and relatives as well. I'm just, my examples, though, are going to be based

around a romantic relationship when you were in an

Before we get into all of that quick weekly update, which won't go for that long, because

I think we're in like week 10 or 11 of the lockdown in Sydney.

So that's, you know, going great.

Something that I did start to do, though, and I'm absolutely loving it, is I've started

to do these like long walks with my friend Rochene and we go to a little, um,

Harbor Beach and we do some laps in the water, obviously.

And it is so, so good. You have no idea. Like, I cannot wait till things

open up so I can be going to like those ice bath sauna places again, because those days

that I get into the ocean, and mind you, it's not even that cold. The ocean here is not that cold.

We're pretty sport. It's good. It's fucking fresh when you get in, but in the scheme of what cold is,

it's fine. And we do like four laps of like this, you know, I couldn't even tell you how long
