As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, you deserve to be with a partner who gives. You deserve a partner who is a giver. And I'll talk about what this actually means and why, of course, it needs to be reciprocated, but at its core, the energy of a giver is just different. It is steady. A giver doesn't surge in with a big burst of effort

only to disappear later. Their presence is about consistency. They give consistency, and you feel it in the way that they follow through, the way that they remember, the way they show up, and specifically the way they notice.

They know what you need and that's what they give.

It's the kind of energy that calms you then because you know it isn't conditional.

You know they're not keeping score.

And a giver isn't just about giving you like free things, objects, whatever. It's about reliability. It's about space.

It's dependable energy. It's like you're protected. It's like finally for once in your life,

you don't have to protect yourself from being hurt anymore.

And being around a giver, it gives you room to breathe and to dream because it isn't about

control. They're not giving to try to control you. They don't want to like own a piece of you.

They give to help you become more of yourself. And I think this is such an important topic because

unlike the idea like of a giver as a means of, you know, finding someone who literally gives you

things, gifts, money, bags, vacations, Miami. You see this a lot of Miami. You know, that's all good stuff, by the way. Don't get me wrong.

Giving and receiving gifts is amazing. I think it's a fundamental part of a relationship.

But a true giver, the kind that you genuinely deserve that I'll talk about here at their core,

it's not about transactional giving. It's about presence with ENE, and it's about intention. A true giver is all about noticing.

This is someone who sees you and fundamentally notices you. They recognize you. They see you and they say,

I value you. I want to contribute to your well-being. And this could look
