having a long time listener long time panelists long longest of panelists um uh yes space and spies once again

spy i am i'm here to talk to you about spy fi but this is so this is the thing though it's the

armageddon protocol book four in the Galactic Cold War series, which through various means is the fifth book in the series.

I feel Douglas Adams's pain even more with every passing year.

Yeah.

Yeah, it's very confusing.

This past year or two, you released your first book that is not in this series, which was All Souls Lost. You did an episode about that. I think that was with Antony. It was with Anthony. Yeah.

So what we're going to do is we're going to talk mostly about the general things that if you are a reader of Dan's books or a prospective reader of Dan's books. Ooh.

Oh, let's reach those prospective readers. Yes. We like them. It's book four. You should have been on the train already. And there is a train in this book. So that train fans get ready. train um but uh we're going to talk about it

generally and then later maybe we'll talk a little bit about what's in it uh but people who are

scared can run away at that point that's fine or or not if they're not scared people who love spoilers

and just eat them up they're out there i know people do yeah my wife sometimes looks up wikipedia's like plots of things

before she reads and or watches them which i think is interesting i would think about sociopath behavior

but it's fine i think about billy crystal um in when harry met sally he always reads the end of a book

in case he dies while he's reading the book yeah Yeah. And then later, he says that and then

later there's a montage because it's an 80s movie, so there's a montage. And you actually see him
