question and it got asked by my barber like about two weeks ago and I was just sitting there.

And as I answered this question, I felt like it was like so simple and I tried to really not overcomplicate it

and list out a million things. He does have a newborn so they're like around a month,

the baby's around a month old. And I literally just said to him, hey, keep track of your food

consistently, start to move more by strength training a few times a week and be consistent for about a month.
