Summary

In this episode you're guided in a meditation using a breathing technique to manage negative reactions to stress. One of the most simple and effective ways to instantly calm your mind and body is by focusing on your breath. This is part 3 of a 7-Part Control Negative Reactions Series, Episodes 730-736.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
