Eon won't you tell everybody a little bit of your background please so they can get to know you better.

Well, I don't know how far back you want to go and what part would be interesting, but I started my career

after I sold an advertising printing company 20 or so years ago and started asking myself a question,

you know, because I granted a lot of business and experience some very interesting business challenges back then and most notably, I was very trapped in my business and felt like

the business was very very dependent on me and my personal abilities but that you know

I was working 24-7 and didn't have a life and started asking questions about how I could fix that problem.
