Yeah Kevin Markarian I have a company called Marker Real Estate in San Francisco. We have a couple offices there. Like you said, we're in multiple markets including the East Bay and the Central Valley of California. We're now in Southern California. And we do a lot with online lead generation, automation,

leveraged. We, you know, when I first started Marker, there was, I thought about

what's the biggest challenge facing agents in our industry and I think it still is the same today

which is where do I get my next deal? Where's my next client coming from? So with

leads I think with the systems that we have in place we've been able to bridge the gap for some people to answer that question and allow them to expand and grow their businesses and really just use our company as a

platform to you know to grow their business and and it's been great it's been a

fantastic ride we just made the Inc 500 list which is very exciting it's awesome like how do they determine that so

somebody reached out to me and said that we probably well we should apply that we should
