Summary
In today's episode, Gina answers a listener question about how much time is appropriate to devote to acceptance and floating during an anxiety storm. Understanding that floating involves going about your day allowing the distress to be present, rather than freezing and standing still with the distress can help improve your accepting and floating abilities! Listen in for tips on how to do this!
